We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our Aerospace and Defense team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory testing and analysis, with a focus on aerospace and defense technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting and overseeing laboratory testing and analysis of aerospace and defense components
- Developing and implementing test plans and procedures
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring proper calibration and maintenance
- Analyzing test results and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with engineers and researchers to support product development and testing
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Mentoring and training junior lab technicians

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
