We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory testing and analysis, with a focus on quality control and product development.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting various laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Developing and implementing new testing procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Analyzing test results and preparing detailed reports for management review
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues or process deviations
- Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results
- Training and mentoring junior lab technicians on proper testing procedures and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- [X] years of experience working in a manufacturing laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
