We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing and a proven track record of success in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain clients
- Manage a portfolio of leasing transactions from start to finish
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms with clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leasing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders
- Oversee leasing team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and track leasing performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of leasing laws and regulations in Dubai
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive results and meet leasing targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and leasing software
