Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the leasing process and have a proven track record in managing and negotiating leasing agreements, specifically within the healthcare industry. This role will be pivotal in supporting our strategic objectives and ensuring the effective management of our healthcare properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leasing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize leasing performance.

- Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants. Understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.

- Negotiation and Execution: Lead negotiations for lease agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for the company while meeting tenant requirements. Oversee the execution of leasing documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leasing opportunities within the healthcare sector. Utilize data analytics to forecast market trends and develop actionable insights.

- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets related to leasing activities. Conduct financial analysis of leasing proposals to determine profitability and risk factors.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities. Collaborate with property management to address tenant concerns and maintenance issues.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including negotiations, tenant communications, and lease agreements. Prepare regular reports for senior management on leasing performance and market conditions.

- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies regarding leasing and property management. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Commercial Investment Member - CCIM) is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the healthcare sector.

- Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements and managing tenant relationships.

- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficient in using leasing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
