We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Senior Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machinery to ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems that may arise during production
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times
- Train and mentor junior machine operators
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and production processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
