We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production of consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality of output
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Train and mentor junior machine operators
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience operating a range of machinery, including but not limited to, packaging machines, filling machines, and labeling machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
