We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering team and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical engineering team in the design and development of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems meet the requirements of pharmaceutical production processes.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new mechanical systems and equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical systems during production.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Mentor and train junior engineers within the mechanical engineering team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
