We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandising Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability in the transportation and logistics sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product assortment plans and pricing strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality products
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand
- Lead a team of merchandising professionals to achieve department goals and objectives
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
