We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Merchandising Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for merchandising and a strong background in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue for our real estate properties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive merchandising approach across all properties
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for merchandising initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Oversee the execution of merchandising campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in merchandising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
