We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physicist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics, with a focus on consumer goods. The Senior Physicist will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing innovative solutions to improve product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and enhance existing ones
- Analyze data and interpret results to make recommendations for product improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop new concepts and prototypes
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physics to remain competitive in the market
- Mentor and train junior physicists and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Physics or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams
