We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Manager to join our dynamic healthcare organization based in Dubai. The Senior Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of healthcare services to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to support the organization's mission and goals
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities
- Lead the development of short and long-term operational plans to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Manage a team of planning professionals to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of planning processes to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare planning, strategy, or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare planning software
