We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Principal in Agriculture to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, with expertise in a variety of agricultural practices and technologies. The Senior Principal will be responsible for leading and managing agricultural projects, providing technical expertise and guidance, and contributing to the overall success of our agricultural initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage agricultural projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met on time and within budget
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on a wide range of agricultural practices, including crop management, irrigation systems, pest control, and soil health
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement innovative solutions to agricultural challenges
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in the field of agriculture
- Mentor and train junior staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional development
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in agriculture, with a proven track record of successful project management
- Strong technical knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
