We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our retail team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product development and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing retail products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies in line with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Define product features and specifications based on market research and customer feedback
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches
- Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success
- Monitor and report on product metrics and KPIs to senior management
- Lead and mentor junior product managers to drive team success

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
