We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process within our retail company, ensuring that all products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.
- Manage a team of production supervisors and workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and quality control, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the production process.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement of materials to meet production requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality standards to ensure a safe and high-quality production environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of production staff and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in production management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and current trends in production management.
