We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Production Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations within our agriculture business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient and timely production of agricultural products
- Manage and optimize resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to meet production targets
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
- Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and control production costs to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and achieving production targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
