We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Manager to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in pharmaceutical production and management, with a proven track record of successfully leading production teams and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of pharmaceutical production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals and objectives
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain production metrics to track performance and drive decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve production targets
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus
