We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Analyst to join our dynamic team in the education sector in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Senior Program Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving various educational programs to ensure their effectiveness and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing educational programs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall quality and impact of educational programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and policymakers, to gather feedback and input on program effectiveness
- Monitor and evaluate program performance metrics and outcomes to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Provide recommendations for program enhancements and innovations based on research and best practices in the education field
- Lead and support cross-functional teams to execute program improvements and initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, or related field
- [X] years of experience in program analysis or evaluation in the education sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
