We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Analyst to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program analysis within the aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program analysis activities for various aerospace and defense projects
- Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and track program performance against established goals and objectives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports on program status to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Mentor and support junior analysts within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program analysis within the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
