We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our Real Estate team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Senior Program Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of existing programs within the Real Estate sector, as well as developing and implementing new programs to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current Real Estate programs and identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Develop and implement new programs to enhance operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation and alignment with business goals
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying key metrics and KPIs to measure success
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program progress and outcomes
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform program development and decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
