We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Coordinator to join our retail team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program coordination, project management, and retail operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of programs
- Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to management
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to negotiate contracts and agreements
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or retail operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
