We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics and at least 8 years of relevant experience in program coordination and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation and logistics programs to meet organizational goals and objectives
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
- Monitor program progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Prepare and present reports on program outcomes and impact to senior management
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program coordination and management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful program delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
