We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the energy sector, with proven experience in successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the specified timeframe and budget
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying any potential risks or issues
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project meetings, providing updates on project status, resolving any issues that arise, and making strategic decisions to keep the project on track
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on energy projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
