We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple healthcare projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress
- Manage project resources effectively and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Mentor and coach junior project management staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex healthcare projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
