We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property accounting within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets for multiple properties
- Perform month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards
- Assist with annual audits and tax filings
- Collaborate with property management teams to resolve any accounting issues
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in property accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
