We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Dubai within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and methodologies, with a focus on ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure performance and track progress
- Lead the testing and validation of software applications and systems used in healthcare operations
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices
- Investigate and resolve any quality issues or non-conformities that may arise
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance)

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with quality management systems and tools
