We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a focus on testing software applications and systems within the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for Real Estate software applications and systems
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Identify and report bugs and defects, and track them through resolution
- Participate in project planning and review meetings
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA analysts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing
- Experience working in the Real Estate industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira or TestRail
- Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or HP UFT
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
