Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in all telecommunications products and services
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications, systems, and networks to identify and resolve any issues or defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns that may impact product quality
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance processes, test plans, and test cases
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality assurance analysts to help them improve their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- [6-8] years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on telecommunications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and HP Quality Center
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
