We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and testing within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the Retail department
- Conduct regular quality assurance assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization
- Design and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of retail systems and applications
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas of concern
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior quality assurance analysts
- Participate in the development and implementation of new retail initiatives and projects
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in quality assurance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
- Experience with testing e-commerce platforms, POS systems, and mobile applications
