We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Real Estate Manager to oversee all real estate operations within our educational institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, with a focus on property acquisition, leasing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement real estate strategies to support the institution's goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of property acquisition, including negotiations, due diligence, and contract preparation
- Oversee leasing agreements and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other real estate professionals
- Manage property maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with contractors and vendors
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for property investments and divestments
- Prepare and present reports on real estate performance to senior management

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
