We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards set by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) and other relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to the telecommunications industry.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and changes that may impact the company's operations and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and applications to the TRA and other regulatory bodies as required.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to address any inquiries, requests, or issues related to regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes on business operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regulatory assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal teams on relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Law, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE telecommunications regulations and standards set by the TRA.
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes and requirements related to licensing, spectrum management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing regulatory compliance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
