We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance within the construction industry and will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met for our construction projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of all regulatory requirements and changes in the construction industry in Dubai
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies for construction projects
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Review and approve construction plans and documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on regulatory matters
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required
- Liaise with external consultants and legal experts on regulatory matters
- Keep senior management informed of any regulatory issues or changes that may impact construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead regulatory compliance efforts
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory compliance software
