We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of risk within our financial services organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization
- Conduct regular risk assessments and stress tests to evaluate the potential impact of various risk factors on the business
- Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans
- Provide regular updates and reports on risk management activities to the executive team and board of directors
- Lead and mentor a team of risk analysts to ensure efficient and effective risk management practices
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and examinations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Professional certification in risk management (e.g. FRM, PRM) is a plus
