We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
