We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Sales Director to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on real estate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet sales goals
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the real estate industry
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in real estate
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive results
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Al Ain and the UAE
