We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Dubai in the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
- Work closely with product owners and development teams to prioritize and deliver tasks on time
- Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles
- Identify and remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress
- Track and report on project progress, including velocity, burn-down charts, and other metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are of high quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- [Random number] years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
