We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services through efficient project management.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions on time and within budget
- Identify and resolve any impediments or roadblocks that may impact team productivity
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health
- Continuously improve Agile processes and practices within the healthcare organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
