We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and provide guidance to junior service desk analysts
- Manage and prioritize service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and upgrades
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service desk operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus
