We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee our transportation and logistics operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing efficiency in transportation and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all site operations related to transportation and logistics in Dubai
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including drivers, warehouse workers, and administrative personnel
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of transportation and logistics activities
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies
- Prepare and present regular reports on site performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation and logistics management
- Proven track record of successfully managing site operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and transportation management software
