About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. Based in Dubai, this role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving our social media initiatives to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and objectives. Ensure strategies enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content tailored to our target audience.

- Community Management: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and trust.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Utilize insights to optimize content and strategy for improved engagement and conversion rates.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the manufacturing sector. Identify opportunities for innovation and propose new initiatives to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Training and Leadership: Mentor junior social media staff and provide guidance on best practices, strategies, and tools. Lead workshops to enhance the team's social media skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media strategy and management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
