We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Solutions Manager to join our Healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare solutions management and a proven track record of driving successful implementations in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions for our clients in Dubai and the surrounding region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee project execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the healthcare industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report on key metrics to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare solutions management, consulting, or a related role
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in the healthcare industry in Dubai or the Middle East is highly preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, medical devices, and regulatory requirements is a plus
