Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solutions Manager to join our team in Dubai. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the development and execution of innovative IT solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Facilitate discussions to gather requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of solution architects, developers, and project managers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and quality standards. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and mitigate risks.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive strategy and execution of solutions.

- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation, including proposals, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams on new solutions and technologies. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in solution management, project management, or a related role within the IT sector.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions for diverse clients, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise software, and emerging IT trends is highly desirable.
