We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple properties
- Manage month-end close process and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare variance analysis reports and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards
- Provide support to the finance team on ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- [Number] years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
