We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Real Estate team based in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to our clients in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the real estate sector.
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans and recommendations for clients to achieve their business objectives and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead client engagements and presentations to communicate strategic recommendations and drive decision-making processes.
- Provide thought leadership and industry insights to both internal teams and clients on emerging trends and best practices in the real estate sector.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to support their professional development and growth within the organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex strategic projects and delivering measurable results for clients.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically and creatively to solve business challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
