We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, particularly within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for retail buildings and structures
- Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction compliance with design specifications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in structural engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in structural engineering
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working on retail projects is a plus
