We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of telecommunications infrastructure projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structural design and analysis of telecommunications towers, antennas, and other infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and identify potential issues
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Participate in project meetings and communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on telecommunications projects
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD Pro
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
