We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations, and providing strategic tax planning guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all tax compliance and reporting activities for the organization
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the organization's tax liabilities
- Conduct research on new tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities on tax-related issues
- Review and analyze financial data to identify tax planning opportunities
- Prepare and file tax returns in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or other relevant professional certification
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and tax preparation software
