We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our telecommunications team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex technical solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess current technical systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement technical solutions to address business needs and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts and team members
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in the telecommunications industry
- Participate in the planning and execution of technical projects and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in technical analysis, design, and implementation
- Proven experience in telecommunications or related industry
- Strong knowledge of networking, systems architecture, and software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
