Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi's healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical analysis, project management, and healthcare systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our IT solutions to support healthcare operations and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of healthcare IT systems to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- System Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of new healthcare systems and technologies, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Patient Management Systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals, IT staff, and management to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with IT solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare applications, working closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals to support ongoing training and knowledge transfer.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide training and support to junior analysts and other staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical analysis within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, data management, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, with experience in reporting software and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Project management experience is highly desirable, with certifications such as PMP or Prince2 being a plus.
