We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technical Manager to join our real estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project planning, and technical operations within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of real estate projects in Sharjah, from initial planning stages to completion
- Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any technical issues, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, offering support and mentorship as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in technical management roles within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations in Sharjah
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
