We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager to join our telecommunications team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications technology and management, with a proven track record of leading technical teams and projects to success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical experts in the design, development, and implementation of telecommunications systems and solutions.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to support the company's business goals and objectives.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting quality and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in telecommunications technology, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong technical background in telecommunications systems, networks, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing technical teams and projects.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in telecommunications technology.
